I’m constantly saving images that I find online into a little folder on my computer called “inspiration”. But if I had to name a single site that contains the majority of my fashion inspiration, it would have to be Tommy Ton’s blog Jak&Jil, hands down, bar none, no questions asked. I have a weakness for his detail shots of handbags and accessories like I have a weakness for guacamole. When I seem ‘em I gotta consume every bit of ‘em (aka take in every single detail and save them to my special little folder). A lot of my outfit posts focus on my look as a whole, but I often have a variety of detailed photos that I always regret not sharing. So, here are a few detail shots inspired by non other than the brilliant, Tommy Ton.

Also, I just noticed that I always carry my bag on my left shoulder…maybe I should try the right? That feels weird though. Do you guys only carry your bags on one shoulder?

i always carry the bag on the same shoulder… i think it’s just what you’re used to, it’s really weird trying to change it!

It depends…If its a satchel, I carry it on my left arm…If it’s a tote, hobo or shoulder bag, I carry it on my right shoulder…Weird, I know! Lol

I also carry my bag on my left shoulder only. I once tried to change it to right and it always fell down. Maybe we unintentionally lean on the side we always carry our bag? I don’t know.
But I know how you feel.

I want the top shirt, even though your post is about bags. Jak & Jil is a great site! Updating more would be a great benefit to their site.

    XO Hilary Nicole
